TDHCA staff who conduct inspections will provide details about:

  • The process TDHCA follows for doing UPCS inspections.
  • Common violations and how you can avoid them, and
  • How to prepare for inspections.

Get your questions answered by TDHCA inspection specialists.

This training is for anyone involved in onsite UCPS inspections:

  • Maintenance Staff
  • Managers
  • Property Supervisors, and
  • HTC Compliance Personnel.

The course will be instructed by inspection experts with the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs. The program is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with lunch provided from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:30 a.m. This program is not approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for MCE credits.
