This program includes everything you need to know about the TAA lease contract, rental application and other key forms. Howard Bookstaff with Hoover Slovacek, LLP will teach the course. The program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with lunch provided from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:30 a.m. This program is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 7 MCE credits. The course number is 07-00-043-22862. If you need a sleeping room the night before the seminar, call the hotel at 409/842-3600 and ask for the TAA rate of $99 before the September 12, 2012 cut-off date. Cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed.
