12:00 p.m.: Kickoff Luncheon & Legislative Briefing
Begin the event with a lunchtime briefing on key legislative issues that will guide your conversations during Capitol visits.
1:30 – 5:00 p.m.: Capitol Office Visits
Local Affiliate meetings with House/Senate members at the Capitol Scheduled by local affiliate staff.
5:00 – 6:30 PM: Legislative Appreciation Reception
Join us for an evening reception at the Downright Austin. All House/Senate members invited to attend.
Day 2: Wednesday, February 5, 2025
9:00 a.m.: Grab-and-Go Breakfast
Start your day with a quick breakfast and issues briefing for those unable to attend Tuesday. Additional Capitol Office Visits will follow, scheduled by local affiliates.
