Judge denies preliminary injunction on source of income ordinance

Late Friday evening, the Texas Apartment Association was notified that U.S. District Judge Sam Sparks ruled against issuing a preliminary injunction prohibiting the city of Austin from enforcing the recently passed ordinance making source of income a protected class under fair housing.
