Below you’ll find helpful resources to ensure your week is successful!

CONFERENCE BADGES
Pick up your badge at Registration upon arrival. Badge must be worn to enter the General Opening Session, education sessions and Expo. The back of your badge will have the WIFI password.

We recommend bringing something to take notes, whether that be your smart phone, computer, tablet or a journal. Pack all of your charging cables and a charged back-up power bank. A wallet with I.D. and credit cards and your business cards are a must. Stay comfortable with some personal belongings such as hand sanitizer, vitamin C, mints, a snack, pain reliever, umbrella and even a sweater to have at quick reach. If you know a friend who travels often, as for their advice and business travel must-haves.

Business casual attire is appropriate for the Conference. Comfortable shoes are a must. Bring a jacket or light sweater in case you get cold in the seminar rooms. Many companies coordinate team t-shirts throughout the week. For the parties this year, were’ having a Fiesta on Wednesday evening (bright colors) and going back to the 80’s on Thursday evening (neon), so get your dress-up on!

Attending conference seminars helps professional designates (CAM, CAMT, CAPS, CALP, IROP, CAS) earn needed continuing education credits. One instructional hour of CE credit is given for each 50 minutes of scheduled seminar time attended.
