Leah is a visionary and experienced leader serving as the Vice President of Education. Her role involves overseeing operational education initiatives and driving programs that foster the development and growth of the industry. Leah is an innovative thinker with a deep understanding of multifamily housing and proptech, with a strong emphasis on operational education.
A proud native Texan, Leah enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her family. Whether she’s stargazing, gardening, or engaging in a friendly cannonball competition, Leah finds joy in making the most of every moment.
Manages all TAA in-person seminars; assists with other meetings and events.
Heather has been with the association for over 15 years! She started as the receptionist and worked her way to being Director of Meetings and Education. Heather is a lover of animals, a foodie and enjoys all the music. Outside of work, she loves traveling, cruising, spending time with her friends and family but most importantly all 4 of her grandbabies!
Oversees the TAA Click & Lease program, TAA REDBOOK and other technology programs. Directs volunteer recruitment and engagement initiatives.
Glenda Holmes has grown up in the TAA family, having served in six different staff positions over the course of nearly 32 years. Glenda loves music, travel and books and is the loudest cheerleader for the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor Acrobatics and Tumbling team in support of her daughter Madison, who is a junior at UMHB.

Claire has led corporate event, marketing, and community management teams for the past 15 years. While in the tech industry she managed large-scale global conferences and tradeshows across North America, Europe and Asia. Claire loves traveling, entertaining friends, being out in nature and at home with her goldendoodles and husband.

Oversees all Education Foundation operations, programs, partnerships, fundraising and governance.
Becca has led TAAEF since September 2010 and loves helping people find the rental housing industry and collaborating on programs. Prior to TAA, Becca worked in DC in the House of Representatives and other non-profit organizations. Becca is a proud Oregon Ducks and on Saturdays in the Fall can be found watching the Ducks or the Georgia Bulldogs, her adopted team by marriage. Mom to two amazing kids, and very spoiled Goldendoodle, she loves travel, Pilates, wine, books, and being with friends and family.
Leads the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and member engagement.
Sarah is a native Texan who is fueled by creativity and collaboration. She has been in the rental housing industry since 2007, working both onsite and as marketing support at both the regional and national level. Away from work, Sarah has two boys who keep her busy with sports. To recharge, you can find her at yoga, in her garden, with her Goldendoodle, and spending time with friends and family.

Ana brings together a unique blend of marketing expertise and design, backed by a Bachelor's in Communication Design from Texas State University. She is fueled by her love for creative storytelling and rising to the challenge of building a visionary brand. In her free time you can find her outdoors with her poodle, tending to her plants, painting, and spending time with family.
Oversees the budgets, financial reporting and controls for the association, the TAA PAC and the TAA Education Foundation.
Danielle has been with TAA for over four years and was born and raised in Austin, Texas. Danielle came to TAA with over ten years of public accounting experience as an auditor focusing on not-for-profit organizations. Danielle and her husband have two precious and rambunctious boys, ages seven and four, who keep the house full of energy and laughter. During her spare time, Danielle enjoys going on early morning walks, watching true crime, and spending time with friends and family.
Manages financial, tax and accounting reports including reconciliation of association member service programs. Responsible for meeting registration including Education Conference, Lone Star Expo and Board of Directors meetings.
Oversees all TAA’s technology infrastructure, databases and projects.
Mike has spent his entire career, over 3 decades, working in the association world, mostly in the Washington DC area. He is passionate about IT and helping associations make the most of what technology has to offer.
Outside of work, Mike loves to play golf, read, do woodworking, fish and spend time at the gym. He also enjoys traveling with his wife.
Provides general administrative support and office management for the association.
Jennifer has enjoyed working for TAA going on 10 years. She is the voice of TAA answering the general phone line. When not at work, Jennifer enjoys time with her family, raising her Texas Longhorns, and playing tennis.
